If something of this sort really has taken place, then such an organization could not possibly have gone unnoticed, and there would be certain information about it in circulation which, although distorted, approximate, and amiss, would nonetheless be extensive." .............Alexander Dugin's essay is a difficult read but the above statement is relatively clear, and in my opinion wrong. There is a small sect "capable of effectively influencing the most important events of world history" which has not gone unoticed.
